Really pathetic service. I really wonder whether there is even a SINGLE person in this courier service to be awarded RESPONSIBILITY. They are funny people, for once I got a call from them (after 2 weeks of delay), telling me that 'Sorry Sir, I was on leave for last two days, so couldn't check your i...tems !!'.. I have been using my ACER laptop ( Aspire 5004NWLMi ) the last 5 years, quite happy with the performance and stability. Seems they are doing certain infrastructure changes, and now Asianet speed and connectivity are in question. I am getting 10-30 KB speed (if you are really lucky to get connected !!) during 2-8 AM period, no speed improvement in other times also. Very bad service.

This is a pure case of cheating, check the intial terms and see whether is anything mentioned for 6 months. I took the connection last month, and now going to change to another ISP due to the connectivity issues and worthless customer care staff.

Thanks for their review, and I too echo the same. I made the bad decision of taking Asianet conenction one month back, and now thinking of switching to another ISP. They make false promises, and literally cheats the customers by taking money in advance.

I don't understand how these Asianet system works here, if there is any rain , their connection is gone for another 10 hours FOR SURE. You are quite right in advising other broadband options for serious work, if we need a reliable connection NEVER go for this Asianet option. I took their connection ...last month, and now repend for my bad decision, and changing the connection now. Never believe their 4Mbps stories and other advertisements, since I feel cheated now seeing 10-30 KB !! maximm speed in download meter, where I am supposed to get around 480 KB maximum, which never happened. They give false promises, and let yourself fall in their traps. Two thumbs down for Asianet.Read More

I took Asianet broadband connection last month in Ernakulam (Kerala) region, and within one month I got enough bad experience with them. Asianet staff don't care about the customers or their complaints, they simply work their own way, and as per their convenience. I had bad experience with them all ...these time. The support staff is quite unprofessional in their work. I would never recommend this connection to anyone. Very very bad service. They simply cheat the customers, taking rent in advance, and providing bad service.Read More
