Raavan, Inspired from the Epic Ramayan is a Wonderful Script.

It has a strong Story to tell about very Strong characters.

Poor maniratnam failed once again .He could not do justice to the Beautiful script.Poor Direction.

a Very bad ScreenPlay.

Characters

1)Abhishek as Raavan did his job very well.he may bag theFilmfare award in the Best-Villain Category this year.

2)Aishwarya, She is as usual looked Good on Screen.Maniratnam could have used her Acting abilities.She is a fantastic actress and can deliver a Superb performance.Director failed to cash such a wonderful actresses presence in the movie.

3)Vikram- an uttr Flop choice of Maniratnam.He looks Dumb in the movie.no one really bothers to watch him when he is on the screen.A complete worng pick of maniratnam.

4)Govinda- the most unwanted charactr in the movie.he Didnt act but over-acted.

he failed to entertain the Audiences.Again the credit goes to mR, ratnam for such an irritating screenplay.

5) SOngs are good, its a very Good audio from Rehman.But Maniratnam disppoited, the picturization of the songs are not even Ok, could have been much much better.

Suggestion to the Director:

1)Please dont compromise while choosing the Acotrs and actresses for your scripts.

the actor choice for Guru and Raavanis not good at all.

2)Not necessary to inclide a song when the Situation does not demand one.(In Raavan the song between vikram and Ash was an useless one)

3)Dont try to fool the audiences by choosing an unclear, ambiguous Climaxes.Films dont work if you dont show ur point of view.As a director it is important to show what your view point is.

and teh result is teh Film has become an Utr Flop at the Box Office.Audiences will never encourage such smartness from teh Directors.

4)Mr.Ratnam please take rest, please dont spoilm the wonderful stories by picking the Wrong Acttors and actress to play some of the greatest characters.

I wiuld give 1/5 .( a single star*).

I hope next time Abhishek and Aishwarya will reject any offer that comes from Maniratnam, as it didn do any good to them till date:).

maniratnam failed to capture the talent of Aishwarya rai, abhishek and Vikram and proved that he is a Flop one more time:).
