I think the latest craze of every one and anyone trying their luck in the Indian literary field and write books has resulted in this book named as above. As started by Chetan Bhagat - It is priced right and has an interesting cover - hence lot of people will end up owning one of these. It ...Read more

The Lost Symbol… This is a good book to read. People who like Dan Brown’s work will enjoy it. It does follow the same theme as seen from his earlier books of symbols, scriptures and secret societies, but, is quite nicely written. I specifically like the part of which talks on the contro...versial Noetic theory. Noetic Theory - The theory of noetics centers around the idea that the human mind is capable of affecting work or events or even doing work in the physical world. It is suggested that thought and spirit are not in fact imaginary, but are Bose or photon based, meaning essentially that the mind can be quantified by formulae which describe quantum materials such as light. This is a radical conclusion where many people think thoughts are weightless. In whole the books deals in things probably as Indians, we know from centuries as “The Bhagavat Gita” (the book has references to this also) which proposes thoughts as “Knowledge is Power”, “Good thinking leads to good results”, “God is not above, but inside you” etc. I felt the ending was not as exciting as probably the “The Da Vinci Code” because of the above understanding which I already had. . Apart from that, a good read. - Rajiv Ramkumar -Read More

This is one of the best autobiographical works which I have read in recent years. As said rightly in the book, it is a very good read for a younger person who wants to achieve something in life and also for an older person who has ‘been there and done that’. Simple form of writing without any...Read more

I had thought of buying a Su-Kam inverter after seeing some adds in the television, but having said this, I have no experience of owing an inverter earlier. When a customer as myself is looking for a product, service and customer relation is on the prime as if that does not exist, your investme...nt of around 15-20 thousand will go down the drain. Have to say that after reading this review I am confused and almost have changed my mind from buying the product as I am never a person who like to experiment with things. I saw the company representative’s note given, but for me what good is a company who wakes up after 2 years and wants to do amends? If it was some other country, the company would have been taken to court for inappropriate quality and more so for mental grievance experienced by the client. Thankfully for you this is India, and the legal route here is more of a headache and heartburn for the client rather than of any help. I am in full support for Diljeeit here for not caring to revert to you now. Per me, the reason can be two: 1) He has not realised that you have gratiously put your note in the site. 2) He is not even interested in talking to you. If I would have been in his place, I would have thrown the product on the Hyderabad dealership’s face before walking out and buying a new product after going through the terrible irritating experience. You have no right to presume that the information is fictitious and get satisfied of yourself. If you had any care for the client, you would have replaced the whole thing with a brand new one at the onset of a problem like what he has mentioned – that would have caused a customer delight rather than assuming an apology letter would solve the problem. Happened to read this book recently though it was published in 2007. Frankly speaking, I did not like the book. The writing style is as a conversation and hence this is an easy read, but there is definite discontinuity happening at some places. The thoughts and dialogues of characters mix at ...Read more
