I own a Eureka Forbes RO water purifier. It was giving good service for last one year, but all of a sudden, it stopped working. I raised a complaint with the customer service department after being advised to do so from the dealer - 52835735. This was raised on 12th January 2009, today is 19th January and I have already called 10-12 times to the customer service team to hear the same assurance. I had repeatedly told them that there is no water at my place causing tremendous inconvenience but sadly no one is ready to listen to my problem. I am really frustrated and would advise all not to go for this companies products. I have never got the periodic free check for a year which they had promised during the sail, which is also cheating the customer as per me. I bought the water purifier only because of the service network they promised, but now, I think the smaller players are taking care of their customers more efficiently. - Rajiv Ramkumar
