guess there not giving netbooster in broadband. It used to be there for 1x connection

May be the network congestion. As far my case... i live in a scarce place so there is not much network congestion and speed is good. I even heard that 3.1 mbps is a burst speed and its shared. So if you live in dense place where many ppl would use reliance networks towers. speed may be worse.
