Service and speed sucks

I have seen one of my friend using CDMA 1x connection and for him it's working fine as well. Had it been the case why people from customer care directing me to install it....?? If you call CC you'll be asked to do following things 1.uninstall the reliance software and have to install again... but it's not wise way of resolving 2. clear cookies( all knows this basic) 3. or problem with lappy/desktop 4. problem in Huwei device 5.
