Hi All, In addition to the above worst shopping experience with rediff, I found the whole support team very unsupported. After long discussion on phone and mails, they finally agreed to send courier person to pick-up of their damaged product. They have instructed me about safe packing of product. W...hen I was packing play gym, I found one more fraud done by them. I'll definitely share that on MS with pictures as proof. Moreover, when i sent email to them regarding this fraud and delay in pick-up, they've not responded. I feel they do not care for complain forums and they feel customers are fool.Read More
