HI George, You are right, every organisations have escalation matrix. But in case of LIC Housing finance it fails. In my case when Sales executives stopped picking up my phone, I called Branch manager, he picked my phone once and told me that he will get it checked. When I again called him next... day from same phone he just did not responded, in fact when I called from another number he immediately picked the phone. When I asked why he didn’t picked my phone he told me because he did not had any updates. I tried visiting their central office at Asaf Ali road, from where all the cheques was made, there no one was ready to listen . They said, you need to visit at Faridabad Branch only. They told me that If the request come from branch manager, then only they can expedite, I asked the branch manger to give Delhi office a call to expedite the matter, but he did not care to even give a call. HI, Luckily my first experience at MAX Saket was good, I got Good doctor, Dr Abhijeet dey, Orthopaedic. He did good job, MAX also has good facilities, It was more like a good hotel.. you get all services. LIC housing finance is truly sarkari company. If you have decided to take loan , be prepared that you will be harassed every time you deal with them. Yes, I have suffered through hands of Faridabad branch- Branch Manager Ashutosh Sood, and Sales Executive Vineet Kholi. Here you don’t get any ...service. 1) LIC HFL claims that they disburse cheque against demand letter in 4-5 days, Fact is: It takes 20-21 days, and worse no one cares to answers when the cheque would be ready. So dear buyers be ready to pay penal charges for late payment of Installments. 2) They will deposit cheques with builder each time demand is raised. You don’t have to go to builder office. Fact is: To get new account sales executives give false promise. At time of deposit they would get hundreds of excuses and ultimately you yourself have to go and deposit cheque at builder’s office. 3) LIC Housing finance is truly a sarkari company, where no one responds to the phone, no one replies to your query. You get harassed every time you deal with some one in their office. 4) Customer Service is zero 5) The only reason I took loan from them was that they don’t increase home loan rate the way private banks do. Because I have heard Private banks increase ROI every time there is increase in ROI but they don’t decrease ROI easily as compared to LIC. But now iam stuck with this bank and there efficient people. Now if I close my account and move to another bank I would have to pay 2% closure charges. God please save me. Read More

You are right since there is no parking attendant, there is chaos. But avoid parking in first row. I face similar issue since then I have started parking in last row and there is never any problem. You could try the other side of mall, near to Dominos and Vishal Mega mart entry. It has capacity of a...bove 60 cars and is always empty. Since very few knew about it. If you are coming from south direction, taken u turn in front of Hyundai showroom, and take left from sec-28,29,30,31 cut and then second left, you will reach Pristine. Read More

This could be one off instance. Some how my expereince with SRS-a t Sec31 and sec 12 have been good and i ahve been frequent visitor there. Rather i prefer Crown-PVR to SRS

Voltas Vertis 1.5 Ton-Rotary Compressor

I had purchased Voltas Vetris Plus1.5 ton in Sep 2008. Ever since it was installed we are not able to use it. The outdoor unit installed is making lots of noise. The noise is so high that I am sure that even airplane engine doesn’t makes that much voice. After repeated complaints one technician... came to our house and told that the Outdoor unit balance is not leveled. He tried to fix this but he failed, he said that he will come again with some rubber stands to fix the problem. But never come back. Since then we have logged 4 complaints but still the same result. Its cooling is pathetic. I have Samsung 1.5 ton AC which was installed 3 years back. This 3 yrs old Samsung’s cooling is better than brand new Voltas Vertis. On complaints the technician says this is the best voltas can do. We can not do anything about this. I would advice my friends to avoid Voltas. The service and performance is pathetic.
