Last month I was on a survey mode for a small car and Thanks Mouthshut and all the contributers here your review helped me a lot to decide the car.
I have a habit to change my vehicles after 5 years of running ( as then they start suc*ing money from your wallet). I have changed my Big Car from a Ford Ikon 1.6 to a Honda City Zx Gxi and after a years time my CUTE tried tested small beauty Maruti 800 completed the 5 years time.
Since I wanted to sell my old Maruti so I could not resist myself and purchased the ZEN ESTILO LXI in exchange offer which is a small car in which it would be comfortable to zip in the city roads. On March 1st 2009 I got my Zen Estillo LXI (Color ModNight Black) After a Weeks Booking.at Rs 3, 82, 000/ (Fully ON Road and ALL Acceseries Fitted and Extended warrenty.)

Pros:
1) For a 6'0' Guy like me it is always a problem for me to get in ...with this car No Problem.
2) The Smoothness of the gear shift is excellent( a feature most people were critical about, it seems MUL has taken care of this).
3) The compartment is very silent, as compared to Wagon R (Which also has the same engine)
4) The Milage is Amazing, with just the first service done I am clocking 15KM/L with AC on in City. (havent taken it on a Highway)
5) A very Huge Bootspace as compared to i10 and A-star which I had gone to purchase initially.
5) Nice Shape and Sporty and aerodynamic look.
6) Maruti's after sales service is somthing you can fall back any time.
7) Dealer Bright4Wheels ( Lucknow ) and the salesman Virendra were fantastic.
8) With a 2360mm Wheelbase and the ground clearnce of 165 mm not hassles pd silencer hitting the speed breakers.
9) AC Cooling is good and no drag after swithing it on as in M800, the 1060 CC / 64 BHP engine showns the difference.
10) Can easily fit in 2 large suitcases.
Cons.
1) Dual tone beige interiors are not smooth and you get a raw pastic feel ( I get this feeling as the Honda City I have also has Beige interiors.
2) The reverse gear a problem to engage....
3) Not advisable to go beyond 110km/hr as the vehicle seems to become a bit unstable.
4) Had this vehicle been say a 4-6 inch wider it would have been of great comfert for 3 adults in the back
The presetation of the vehicle was wonderful , complete information about the vehicle and service by the Head Mechanic, decoration with ribbion and flowers, sweetbox and a photograph , you feel valued.
Truly value for money. Highly recommended
