Package arrived with items missing. Upon raising a complaint, it took 20 days for their customer care to conclude that the buyer was actually at fault and naturally no resolution! Of course, if this is the way you run your business, then it is the buyer’s fault to have patronised a seller like y...Read more

I am planning to buy one... Wanted to know from you, if you feel better after a few months of driving it now - hope you do... I am in love with the way it looks, it drives and all the features in it... Please advise...

I was planning to buy one !! I do understand that not all cars will fault, but then, with airbags, even 1% of chance is not worth taking... I do highways a lot, and generally am above 120 kmph for most part... It is a very serious matter for me to consider... I am really glad that I got to read yo...ur view before I actually bought the car.Read More

Well written. I would say, it is a very practical machine even in cities (I drive 27 km to work one way, every day). But it is even better on highways - the mileage description, the speeds and stability - I completely agree... I have the same great experience as you... Only issue is with the ground ...clearance, but being a bit more cautious on at least known roads, will ensure lesser smooches to the underbelly :)...Read More

Readers - I have come a long way since I posted my first review on my Ford Figo Titanium (Diesel). Have done over 47,000 Kms in the same and still do not have anything to say negatively about the car. A great vehicle for buyers who want a city-friendly yet spacious hatch back. Would like to add thou...gh - I have done a few trips from Hyderabad to Chennai / Bangalore and the car is SIMPLY AMAZING on highways... At speeds of 150 Kmph plus, the little thing did not show any signs of tiring or for that matter any wobble... It has always been very stable, encouraging the driver to push further. However, I have not gone beyond 160 Kmph yet, since you know how the Indian driving conditions could be - even though you are on a world class surface (Golden Quadrilateral), you might just have an ignorant animal pop-up out of nowhere - so, no risks taken. The point is, the car is really very good even at those speeds, consistently.Read More

I just got one a couple of weeks ago. So far, I am very satisfied. Would have liked a bit longer battery endurance, but life does not present a complete package ever... So, it is fine. Somewhat shorter batter span, is not a bad trade off for all the convenience Galaxy Grand 2 has to offer... I would... recommend this phone to the readers...Read More

I drive a Figo Titanium Diesel. Have also contributed to the reviews on the same. Done 16000 kms on it. Good mileage, pretty smooth to drive and reduced cabin noise despite pretty a loud engine (which is the only negative I see about this car). But overall, a very good value for money. Happy to note... that there are others who feel good about the vehicle.Read More

I can completely sympathize with you. May be, Bangalore is a place where they don't have dearth of customers and hence the behavior. In Hyd (Secunderabad VW), I have had a very very different experience. Though, I had to decide against a Vento Trendline Diesel that I almost booked (due to parking sp...ace constraints), I must mention here that the dealership has great attitude towards customers. The way I was treated while I was there, was way beyond my expectation. Brilliant. And even after I had to decline the deal, it did not change !!!Read More

@kingkumar - Thanks for your note. The purpose of this forum is to cover most aspects of a particular product and the services associated with that and that is what I think I have attempted. (I don't sell cars for a living :-) ). Rather than making cryptic comments, it would be appreciated if you co...uld be constructive in your criticism. I will be more than happy to incorporate any suggestions you may have and improve my forthcoming reviews !!Read More

You are spot on Vishal ! Rear seats - yes, child locks help. In many ways, I spoke about my own experience where I proactively had to train my 3yr old son (who prefers sitting next to me in front and no where else in the car), to ''lock'' the door and not to open it !! I just wanted to include that ...thought 'coz, if ignored, I fear it could mean more than serious trouble if the ignorant kid just decides to play with it... Hope that makes sense... :-)Read More

After deliberating on Nissan Micra, Figo, Polo and Ritz & Swift diesel, I decided to go for the Figo. Ritz did not win the race as far as looks were concerned; Micra & Polo for the reason that I wasn't comfortable with the dealership presence and after-sales service ability of VW & Nissan in Ind...Read more

@ Vimal Dev - Thanks a bunch for the review. I always knew that Nissan obviously had lesser dealerships than VW in India but did not expect them to be so loosely managed. By the way, if this is the situation in one of the biggest cities in India, I should not be expecting much from Hyderabad. I was ...about to book a Nissan Micra, but I will definitely not any more. As they say, the chain is only as strong as the weakest link. If the after-sales is as pathetic, trust me, even the greatest cars won't do well in the market. Thanks again for sharing your experience.Read More

I understood only that the mileage improves if you put Swift tyres - nothing beyond that. Would like to know more about handling and overall engine response of the Micra (I understand that you have a diesel variant). Also, I am told that the turning radius is best in class - is that true practically... ? (4.6 m of Micra against Swifts 4.8 or 4.9 does not make much of a differnce on paper, but how is it to drive ?).Read More

Congrats for the ROtD. Good description of the place. Couple of points in addition to the description would be the Zoo... Nainital zoo is one of the best zoos I have visited ever... They don't have the world's largest collection... But Kunal (the Siberian Tiger), some snow leopards and other big cat...s that they house are unique - they care for the animals as they would for their children. They are in a real good condition and it is extremely well maintained place right atop a mountain from where, the views down (that of the lake) is breath taking !!! If you missed the zoo, please make sure you don't when you visit next !!!Read More

If it was a review it needed be a bit more informative. Stuffs like what's the mileage you are getting, on road price etc. Other information that you could include could be how stable is the vehicle at speeds above 80 kmph, cabin noise etc... Appreciate if you could include answers to these question...s please in your next visit.Read More

The review would have been more informative with objective information on the battery life and cost. Also, how long has the user used it ? Typically, all laptops function trouble free and last long enough per charge while new. It is only after a few months of use that the battery backup tends to red...uce. I use a Toshiba and plan to change to another product. My system (almost 3 yrs old now) runs for about an hr and 45 mins per charge. Most users tend to look at the battery back up and the ruggedness of a laptop since most other features are standard these days...Read More

Dear fanfabia, did you try the Swift Diesel ? I am asking because it would have cost you lesser by about 2 lacs than a Skoda. What besides the brand does a Skoda give you, which is lacking in swift ? I want to be sure before deciding if the difference is really what I want. I have test driven both -... the Skoda and Swift. The gear shift in swift is far smoother than that in Skoda. And both look similar sized. Of course, the Fabia has a better leg room for rear occupants than the Swift - that is one known fact.Read More
