I had no problem in terminating their service for my account. Don't tell them the true reason for termination which is POOR SERVICE. Quote your reason as GOING ABROAD and force them to terminate your account within a deadline. Tell them beyond that deadline you won't be available in your home. My friend purchased one before 3 years and it started giving problem within a month and till date he can't find a single service centre for this product. Even your guarantee period won't work in this case. Because you need a service centre to avail that free service for the guarantee period. NETSAFE is really essential as it prevents misuse of ur credit card. HDFC BANK makes it mandatory to register for NETSAFE within 30th SEPTEMBER. Other banks should also make compulsory for their credit card customers to register for NETSAFE.

Mr.Mohiaddeen, I partly agree with your point. But what has happened in case of BIGTV is purely absurd. The subscription went beyond limit and this should not happen whenever a new product is being launched. The subscription should be marginal.

I have waited for around 20 days to replace my broken tap. They won't attend ur complaint if it comes under warranty. But they would attend the battery replacement process immediately as you need to pay for that. Their after sales service really sucks.

Absolutely terrible service from TATA INDICOM. I was using their service till last month. I too faced frequent disconnection. Now I have surrendered their connection and switched over to AIRTEL BROADBAND. It simply rocks... If you want to go for a reliable broadband service provider, choose AIRTEL.
