Hello, After a while, I am writing a comment about unicorn.. I bought my unicorn on 2006, aug..It gave me good millage more than 55+ in the begining, but now it gives only bt 45+..also I do ride smooth always..As you mentioned, it's unpowered compare to pulsar(Came to know after riding my brother...'s pulsar).. Also I am finding lot of issues with gear shifting, that is noise sometime while shifting gears, vibration at 3rd gear..This is happening from day one..I did check with the dealer so many times, but no use.. I believe pulsar is good especially in gear shifting..Also , disk brake noise frequently..But i am not sure whehter it's applicable to all unicorn bikes..Now a days I am not caring abt my bike, simply I am riding as how it performs..Read More

Hi Pavan, I read out ur review. It's really good..I also own unicorn and facing some gear related issue . sometimes its going to neutral stage and am getting noise while shifting gears. Also I feel slight vibration in 3rd gear from day 1. I already checked with the dealer where i bought. But still... am facing the same issue..I pointed out this issue in every service. They will make a note of everything but never take care about internal issues...Instead simply they will check some basic stuffs like Head lamp(High,Low), Side Indicators, Scratches if any, Horn etc (We ourself can identify easily).. One thing i can't agree with you is stability in heavy winds. Unicorn is far better than pulshar. Both are on the same category. Why i am confident in this bcoz my brother own pulsher(Only two months old). I rode it for 60KM in heavy wind. It was not in control when i touched 70km. It's was shaking like anything. I tried the same by unicorn. I found the great diff between those two. I didn't feel any difficulties at 85-90 speed too.. It was my wonderful exp with unicorn. Really i am believing u that u have recommended a good one. But very soon engine got failure(Engine noise- may be volve or rings sound). Now they resolved everything. Even i also like honda bikes very much. Thats wt i bought Unicorn. I think so u didnt get my point clearly. 45-50Km is my normal riding speed. I didnt mention that i am riding above 40km in third gear. I will not ride more than 35Km speed at third gear. I am not getting this vibration when i am ...using other gear levels(1,2,4,5). This is 100% sure. Also its giving full body vibration when i am riding more than 55Km speed at some high ways. I am always riding my bike very smoothly. If i am riding something wrongly means it should give the same vibration in other gear levels also. I told this issue in first and second service. But still i am getting the same vibration. I have 12+ years of riding experience( I know how to ride, when to change gear and also speed limit of each gear). First, i have been riding bullet for 10 years. Actually my father used to ride bullet. So i had a chance to ride bullet. I used to ride bullet in my school and college days. Later when i got in to industry i just wanted to ride a light weight bike bcoz its good to keep and also easy to ride in banglore traffic. So i bought Discover. I am not satisfied with that bike. So i sold it out. I already mentioned that Unicorn is a good bike. I did test ride. I am fully satisfied. After that only i took Unicorn. Still i am telling its a good one. Do u know I have spent 71000Rs for bike in eight months. Bcoz of my fate i am facing this type of problem.Very soon my bike engine got failure.They took 4 days to resolve this plm. If u r in banglore jus mention ur address or phone number on ur next comment. Surely i will come and show my bike. Then only u will come to know abt that issue and how i am riding.Read More

What you have written is exactly true. Mine is six months old and 4800 KMS done. They themself asked me for 30000. So that only i got full angry on them. If i sell it now i will lose 14000 exactly.
