Nano - A low cost Car?

You are wrong sir. Most of your observations are wrong. I own a Nano Cx Model for the last 11 months at Hyderabad. I have driven my car for more than 10000 Kms and 3 periodical services were carried out at Autofin,Secunderabad.I have never experienced ill treatment from Autofin.They were prompt in r...esponding to my service needs and so far their service is excellent. It is the perception of the owner who may be feeling inferior in owning the Nano as it is the cheapest car available in the market. Even I have driven my car on long drives like Hyd-Bhadrachalam(700Kms to&fro), Nagarjuna Sagar(300Kms), Srisailam(500Kms), and Vijayawada(500Kms) but never experienced what you observed in your Hyd-Wgl tour. As commented By Dr.Jaromi you have one sided view on Tata Nano. Tata Nano has only 15 Ltrs tank capacity but its range is amazing as you can drive it for more than 300 Kms for each filling. For people who are in search for VFM car Tata Nano is the excellent choice as its nearest competitor Alto with Aircon is almost double the cost of Nano Cx version. Gear ration is excellent as the pickup in 1st ,2nd & 3 rd gears is amazing and the gears meet perfectly well. The 4th gear is overdrive hence it needs minimum 40 Kms speed to get it engaged.The rear tyres are same size of that Maruti 800 but the front wheels are 1 inch lesser but both are tubeless and give us quite comfortable drive. Nano has excellent head room and is 25% spacious than Maruti 800.4 people can sit quite comfortably inside the car and the HVAC is quite good. The only negative factor in Tata Nano is lack of the rear hatch opening. Otherwise it is the perfect car for the people who want to upgrade from Motor cycles to cars and those who want to commute in congested city Roads as the parking space is premium here. I request the prospective buyers of Tata Nano to take test drive and decide your purchase decisions. Don’t fall into the reviewers biased observations. Thanks for reading patientlyRead More

I desagree with the reviewer for his comments on tata nano.I am a owner of a tata nano and proud to own this car.Till date more than 50000 Nano's were sold in India and the number is increasing day by day.The reviewer seems to be hater of TATA's who are the most respected business men of our country....I have driven my car for more than 10000 KMS so far and found no trouble so far.I shall thank TATA's for giving this beutiful car with excellant mileage and affordability.Offcourse there are some reports of Nano's catching fire,I beleive that TATA's will be solving after investigation.Read More
