Firstly, if there is no memory card inserted in the mobile the phone will only charge when u connect it with PC that means the cable u r supplied is absolutely ok. Hi, I am using dataone for last 3 months but haven't faced such problem. Though it is true that sometimes the website www.bbservice.bsnl.in/ from where u can check usage details remain off air may be due to server failures. But they give you more or less correct usage.
