I bought Motorola L9 3 months back. It looked like a decent phone with all the features present in a good mobile. I had done enough research on internet before concluding on L9. I bought it for Rs 7400 from Subhiskha.
Having used the phone of 3 months now, I am not satisfied with the performance of Motorola L9 because of the following reasons:
Reponse time - The response of the phone is sluggish and has a time delay. If you are a fast user(like I am), this phone is not for you. When you press a key, there is a time delay before the execution of the function.
Icons - The icons are quite dull. So is the software - Motorola Phone tools
Simplicity - I have been a Nokia user for 3 years before switching to this phone. I still face a lot of difficulty in understanding the working of this phone.
Camera - The aperture is quite small due to which the picture quality is sub-standard. Only daylight photos are decent to some extent.
Video - Phones in this range don't capture very good video. L9 is no different case.
Talk time - This is the worst part. The company promises a talktime of 350 mins. This isn't the case. In reality, the talktime is just 2 hours, that too when I don't send any SMS or use bluetooth.
The charging point and the headset point are the same, which means that if one has to do a long telecon, halfway through one has to remove the handset and set the mobile on charging. That is quite painful.
