Vmaks Heights, Electronic City Phase 2, Bangalore

I booked a flat #702 at VMAKS Heights in 2018 by paying ₹ 7 lakhs. I lost my job so I have cancelled the deal since January 2019 I have been chasing them to refund my money. They are not refunding the same. Mahesh Babu, MD and his secretary Kusumalatha are knowingly not responding e-mail, calls and sms. Very dangerous management. Plz do not deal with them. Stay away from them. They are torturing me like anything

All the flats in projects of Vmaks builders are mortaged.

There is conditional NOC but they never pay to the Private financiers and NBFC's. Those who bought and moved in are getting threatening calls from these banks. Dont get cheated.

The story of these conditional NOC's also are not exposed to the buyer they deal with the buyer's bank executives and hand over these directly . You will get to know this once you buy and you start getting calls from NBFC's like Anant Rati Financiers

This builder is a big time fraud. Never buy a flat from them, they don't complete any of their projects easily and don't give the complete handover easily.. They take maintenance and don't maintain the building but use it for their own convenience. They put your flats on mortgage and doesn't pay and you get the notice for the same.

They promise OC but don't give it to you. They promise too much but cannot provide the same as MD always says he doesn't have money to do the things.

Kindly don't buy flat from them otherwise you will repent in the end.

Please let you all know that this review is regarding the location of the property rather than vmaks construction. or builder.

Recently I have bought a flat with vmaks builder impressed with its serene and calm environement. My happiness was shortlived as a makeshift masjid has come in this area which has put 4 large speakers towards Vmaks heights. They are preaching ajaan at the loudest possible volume 5 times a day from morning till night making our life hell. I know that builder cannot be held responsible for this, however suggesting others to find property elsewhere as this locality is not good

Hi folks

Its very happy I bought 2 bhk flat in Vmaks Builders Project name heights in electronicity phase2, when I bought, I thought why I wasted my money investing in heights project, construction status was slow, I was really depressed, now iam happy to say structure and elevation came up very nicely and I got good appreciation too.

Staff were treating us nicely with sophisticated knowledge, one guy ranjith was dedicated sales person was very friendly and explained full details about the project.
