Don't choose Purvankara, the maintenance is worst. They use cheap quality in things, I never saw door ways coming out.. 1st time I saw that in Purva highlands. They sell same parking to 2 owners when we ask them to resolve the issue, it's been 2 years I don't have resolution for that. Security is worst, rude behaviour. Donwast your money in investing in Purva highlands same for park hill

Excluding his profit he is quoting double the normal price.

( As i had little experience in construction field i calculated the actual price of the apartment).

In return he is providing amenities.

Instead of paying double amount just to enjoy amenities.

This is almost at edge of the city.

We can buy a bigger apartment in centre of city itself.

Purva Highlands Off Kanakapura is one of the worst property in Bangalore, there is no benefit of beside NICE road but you have to bear the Pollution highest level at extreme both Noise and Air Pollution. When you want to enter NICE road either go to Mysore Road or Electronic City/Hosur Road you have to drive 7 KMs but apartment is just besie NICE road. Vehicle going very high speed here due to that heavy dust come inside home and also the noise. If there is any tools to measure air and noise pollution then this apartment will be highest in Bangalore.

Most of the 4 and 5 rating in property sites either from builders team or agents.

Adding further:

There are lot of issues once you reside this apartment, there is no place for children to play, lot's of flee market in between L & M blocks and they play load music so much disturbance to residence by useless MC team. Apartment is not sound proof at all, lots of noise from NICE road, in summer also you cannot open doors and windows because dust and noise. Cleanliness is also horrible, lot's of plumbing issues, toilet flush lots of issue, every 2 to 3 months we have to spend 3K to 5K for repair work and plumbers working in community from maintenance department is unskilled, they'll ask you to change tap/spindle even small drop of waters. Security team useless and lots of security man in apartment which no use, builders given boom barrier to entry/exit which never use and apart from that once MC team put another boom barrier which not used a single day. lot's money for maintenance of security, waters and maintenance and house keeping.

Horrible buying experience. Having paid over 1.5Cr for 2 ready to move in homes, have been waiting for over 5 months for the possession.

On top of that, we are expected to take possession with broken tiles, broken doors, dirty floor and walls to name just a few. Is that what a new house possesion should be?

Dont not fall for their sales team, the handover team doing the work, the CRM team and everyone involved are absolutely no help and offer no solution.

Do not throw your money down the drain.

Being a mother to two foody kids, most of my time gets spend on kitchen but here in Highland it is very much fun and innovative as the kitchens here a spacious and very well made. What else a housewife need! Eh?

Abhilasha Rai called us 20 times in 6 hrs on 23 oct ad on 24 october we wanted to visit this property. madam told there is one security lady who wil show us model house cox all the staff is gone to some other project. she thinks ppl are fool here. latter she debied she said she had tol tere would be no one in the property. mdam if there will be no one then why the hell you sent cab? plzz dont go to this property its bad, no ethics

I had booked a flat in Purva Highlands on 3rd May online by paying Rs 5, 00, 000/- as booking amount for holding special Covid price, which they promised to return if we don't like the flat. This was advertised also. In July first week after to Bengaluru from Hyderabad, I visited the place, as I didn't like the flat, I decided to cancel the booking and I conveyed the same. Initially Purva CRM told me it will take 15 days to return the booking amount, after that they told 1month, now it is morethan 2 months, they have not returned booking amount. Now their CRM says, they will return only after the flat is sold!. They are now not even answering the phone. Careful in dealing with these builders. They never stick to what they promise.

Extremely amazing society to reside! The houses are well made and the best material have been used as well. Rooms are spacious and very well planned.

Had a great experience with Purva, visited the place to check out the listings and was very well informed and told about the amenities. Good Job Purva
