Where are you investing? It's an important question for buyers of MSR Shelters, Poorvi Enchanting, or Poorvi Champions. I've spoken to many people, and everyone seems to be regretting their decision after investing in their projects.
The major issues are everywhere.
First, almost all commitments are false. Whatever is communicated at the time of purchase turns out to be untrue, and nothing is delivered as promised. They can even alter the proposed building plan, as happened with Poorvi Enchanting, and that too without any notification. At times, you may even end up with an entire dump yard in front of your investment. Your whole investment becomes a joke after this.
Amenitiesall the amenities are a complete joke under the name of amenities. Please dont fall into the trap of the amenity count.
Let me list them all with their status.
Multipurpose court -not provided. If you ask CRM or check comments on Google Maps, they will insist that all amenities are complete.
Mini Amphitheater-it seems the builder took the word mini way too seriously for Poorvi Enchanting. Whatever is provided can accommodate only 1520 people; the rest have to stand around like security guards. Anyway, its expected from Poorvi.
Outdoor Gym-equipped with just 3 machines. During rains, it becomes a swimming pool as there is no outlet for the water.
Play area-they seem to have brought sand from a nearby river, full of stones. This cheap setup cannot even handle basic cleaning. Your child may go to play and end up injured.
Wall climbing for kids -your childs safety is your responsibility, not the builders. Youll need to remove the stones from the sand before letting kids play, or they will get hurt.
Cricket pitch-a bigger joke in the name of an amenity. During rains, it fills entirely with water and becomes like a swimming pool. As a fix, this low-grade builder made a small groove through the plants to drain water.

Youth Corner-whoever called this an amenity deserves a slap. Even if it is considered one, it hasnt been provided.
Kids garden-same as #7. Complete nonsense just to increase the amenity count.
Skating Rink-yes, its there, but as usual with Poorvi, nothing is done 100%. It has a water outlet right in the middle, which serves no purpose, water stagnates, and it increases the risk of injuries for children.
SOMETIMES I FEEL I COULD HAVE BUILT BETTER MYSELF THAN THESE PEOPLE.
Indoor Gym-Poorvi claims its a world-class gym, which is nothing but a joke. There are 99 flats, and the gym can fit only 4 people. Even with those 4, you will feel suffocated. Its the worst.
Elder zone-another joke. The elder zone is around 24 sqft with not even a proper bench. Another example of poor planning and execution.
Gazebojust a mesh seating area placed beside a transformer. No more comments. I dont even have words.
Cycle track-find it if you can. Completely missing/not provided.
Snooker-what even is this? Again, not provided. Another number added by Poorvi.
Mini Golf court-extremely tiny, as if only children would use it. Not sure who thought of including this. A complete waste of space.
Mini Library-not provided.
Palm groove-if this counts as an amenity, then even a garbage yard can be called an amenity.
Reflexology garden-no comments, just another joke.
Adult Swimming pool-this is the only amenity that can be considered somewhat valid. But heres the catch: with Poorvi, nothing is 100%. Its poorly maintained, cleaned only once a month, and since there is no communication from the builder, chemicals are added anytime without informing residents. Your children might end up swimming in the chemicals, so I personally avoid it.
Kids pool-a pool is a pool. It's not a separate amenity. Another increase in number.
Pool deck seater - not provided. Anyway, who needs it when the pool is filled with chemicals?
Plumeria avenue-no comments.
Food court-no comments.
Sky relaxation lounge-I have no words. Another number added.
Sky Yogathe builder forgot to mention "ground yoga." Please consider this another added number.
Trellis with seater-another number added. Man.
Sculpture-not provided, only mentioned to increase the count.
Party hall & table tennis-a huge joke for the society. A 200 sqft party hall for 99 flats. Once you step in, its full. No fan, no AC. Again, added only to boost the numbers.
Infinity edge-another number added. If its an infinity pool, how can it be a separate amenity?
Star gazing zone-not provided. Another inflated number.
Carrom-another unnecessary addition to the count. Not provided.
Chess-another joke. Everyone already has this amenity at home. Another number added.
Foosball-I'm sure that if carrom, table tennis, and foosball are in the community hall, there would be no space for even 10 people. But who cares? Definitely not the builder. Anyway, consider this another number added.
Barbie queue corneralong with this, you also get a suicide point. Visit once. Theres a one-step platform, and if your child climbs it, they might fall and disappear. The builder didn't bother providing safety rails. And honestly, I could put this in my corridor too, so the builder probably forgot this amenity and I'm adding it for them.
Community kitchenthe biggest joke of all. The community hall is on the east side, and the kitchen is 1 km away. Another number added, nothing else.
Let me also add a few hidden points
Society maintenance is only for show; consider it a donation to the builder.
TDSa huge scam with this builder. Normally, TDS must be paid by the builder, but Poorvi collects it from buyers, in cash, with no receipt.
OCa mystery. Residents still have no idea whether OC is received or not.
Ekatano clarity at all. Only the builder knows.
Parkingthis is extremely important if youre buying from Poorvi, MSR, or whatever new name they adopt after the next scam once the internet is full of genuine negative reviews.
This builder will mess up your parking in several ways.
Here is the list
A. Number of parking slotsEnchanting does not have enough. There are 99 flats but only 79 slots. Now think: where will you park?
Ive heard that when slots are insufficient, the builder sells additional ones to some residents.
B. Parking spaceyou may get a slot where your car door cant even open.
C. Parking will be allotted after you pull your hair out.
D. Parking allotmenta complete mystery. One morning, you may simply see numbers assigned. No procedure, no clarity on criteria.
E. Handoveryour flat will be handed over with pending items, and youll be told theyll resolve everything in a week. After that, it becomes your job to chase Poorvi endlessly. It may take months, and still nothing will be completed. Youll receive different dates from different staff, each shifting blame. This seems to be their policy: talk more, do less.
F. Communicationno communication from the builder except for demand notices. Maintenance may start without informing you.
This happened in Poorvi Champions and is happening now in Poorvi Enchanting.
This builder doesnt want people to unite over issues, and if you approach them alone, be ready to hear: Sir, this is the first time we are hearing this. Only you are complaining. And they will ruin your daily life. They are not afraid of anyone.
Even daily issues remain unresolved. Even after maintenance starts, you wont get regular staffno housekeeping, no electrician, no plumber. You may be in the dark the entire night and nothing gets fixed.
F. Handoveryou will get the keys, but all pending items will remain pending. Builders maintenance will start and end, but your issues will remain.
G. SUPPORTyou will get zero support. If you need anything, they will indirectly ask for money. On top of this, they act like goons.
The MD leads them and doesnt know how to treat customers.
F. Corpus fundyou wont get this from the builder either. I recently heard that the builder didnt provide the corpus fund to the society and residents had to go to the police station multiple times. After 1.5 years, it was finally provided.
There are many more points I would like to add, but due to time constraints, Ill end with this final note
You will see high ratings for this builder on Google, but the positive reviews come from their investors, staff, and Google marketing team. They hide most negative reviews, leaving just a few to look genuine. Their CRM team repeatedly claims the negative reviews are false.
Ask them to give you a walk-through of Poorvi Enchanting and show proof by demonstrating all amenities.
If you want genuine feedback, please speak to residents of Poorvi Champions and Poorvi Enchanting.
In summary, if you want a peaceful life for yourself and your family, avoid anything related to Poorvi Infinite, MSR Shelters, or whatever new name they adopt in the future. The builder acts fraudulently and changes names whenever negative publicity builds up.
