My experience with MSR Shelters in Chikanayakanahalli previous project Poorvi Enchanting has been very disappointing. From the beginning, the behaviour of some staff members felt unprofessional and uncomfortable, which created a negative impression early on.

The construction quality also did not meet my expectations. In my opinion, the materials used felt substandard, and the overall workmanship seemed far below what was promised. I expected better reliability and value for the amount invested.

Another major issue was the lack of transparency. Communication felt unclear, and getting straightforward answers was difficult. After the purchase, I felt there was very little support, leaving me frustrated and regretting the decision.

Overall, based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious and do thorough checks before proceeding.

Also, please don't consider google rating a valid one as the builder staff is putting the rating by themself also all the negative reviews are hidden by the marketing team.

So please be cautious before proceeding.

First image is of the cricket pitch which has water stagnant issues so builder god level experienced team and open a gali in it to take out the water.

Second one is for the play area where children's need to play by swimming inside the another pool.
