Feedback from ICICI treceived over my first post is given below. Prasad Thanks for the feedback and sorry abt the inconvenience.I can see that there has been a delay . However this has nothing to do with markets as we had to take this time to confirm medical/ underwriting aspects which IRDA al...lows us to do . Anyways the insurer does not benefit by issuing lesser units to the customer . It does not benefit by issuing it late either as we can account for the inflow only after the issuance. We have to present the cheque as that is the first step to proceed with the case. Your point is really valid if the same happens during renewal premium where we have to allocate units as soon as we receive the money. In the case of first premium the company has the right to clarify all underwriting aspects as there is risk being taken and a sum assured involved. i never faced any problem wirth airtel in mumbai. Any discripancy could be easily sorted out by communicating with customer care. I found this company most reliable. One thing i can shurely say Airtel will never cheat you like BPL and Orange used to do in past during there monopoly in mumbai

it is because my loan was in the verge of disbursment. and i had no option than taking decision in 5-10 min as he had asked me whether i wanted mortgage redumption cover or not so that loan amount will be finallized accordingly

banks have right to earn profit. but not by cheating customers. they should provide adequate service also. in this case bank has denied evaluate property cost before agreement
