what? you changed piston within 9000 kms good joke.. my neo rocks and still stronger at 26000 kms. Check your proper maintenance (engine oil, filter, fuel filter etc)

sir your title is misleading.. bajaj/TVS reliable than Honda? even bajaj owners will LOL at it. You can see many TVS with faded paints.. so called cheap star city shows it face in cheap quality

I think some rubber tube connecting to intake manifold has got cut in your bike (the Air recirculation one) which may cause backfire., Tune the carburetor air screw correctly, 1.8 turns out from fully closed position. Check your fuel lines (filter and strainer) and clean them. Adjust valve clearance. THey must be done by 5000kms
