Total waste of money and valuable time. Naukri team is totally a crap of 100+ individual who does not english, but they claim to develop resume for seniors.
One developer developed my resume to look a 'Development Project Manager' resume though my core area is on IT Infrastructure Management. So,... I escalated to
get another resource for assitance, though she is better, still I took my own time and pain to develop the resume with the template format of naukri.
They said, resume forwarded to consultant until now no calls. In fact, I get responses for the free naukri a/c services better than the paid service.
We indians, just learn to live with poor service, but nobody fights against them to
teach Naukri a lesson. I am going to file a consumer case after I get into a job for the poor service, delays harrasement, not caring about the customer and just do copy/paste of my resume, SLA Breaching.
I am not sure, whether this crap naukri does background validation check for other companies??? if so, I don't know how they will do.

Hello Friend,
Have you got any reply from FORD INDIA Ltd. If they are not replying to your problem and send a fax copy and maintain a record of the same. Any service failure report, needs to be answered by them within 4 working days I think.
If they are not TOO replying, better to send a war...ning mail to them to (about legal action).
This might be really painful when u get a car for 7 lacs and it produces headache everyday.
I want to give a one more information to our group. Among the service level of different dealers in India
1) Hyndai Service is THE BEST up to my knowledge in INDIA and one eg of the same is 'IN THE RECENT FLOODS IN SURAT, HUGE NO HYNDAI CARS ARE DAMAGED FROM HEAVY RAIN AND MANY CUSTOMERS ARE FORCED TO WAIT FOR MONTHS'. Here only the HYNDAI does a good job, they brought around 50 service engineer from different parts of the India and ensured that all car's delivered ASAP.'
ii) Maruti stands in the same position as the no. of service lets are huge and many choces for the customer
iii) Rest of the people are next only and FORD SERVICE is very famous for its poor service around the country. We should be lucky enough that 'OUR FORD CARS SHOULD NOT TROUBLE US'. Otherwise, our life will go mad with FORD SERVICE.
