In my business I must have two sim phones, I enquired with friends about two sim phones, no body has given right suggestions on any phone, later I found that samsung has released duos GT B5722 phone which cost about more than 8 thousands, I thought that this phone may be excellent, but after purchsing, I strongly feel that my decision is totally wrong, phone look is good, regarding sound the speaker is phone backside, if we put the phone on table or on bed, we never heard ringtone, if anybody calls to us, we may not heard the voice. very very bad on this system, widgets are also not locking system, when ever we touch the phone the widgets giving us disturbance. phone book is only 1000 entries, several times, "No" button is not working properly, all the applications in the phone are merely waste, after all I hope that this model is wrongly released into market. due to over smooth to handle the phone may be fall down several times, this gives us pain, more pain. we never get a good cover in the markets for this phone, so no physical security will be applicable to this phone. All the things are different, while I contacted Samsung company outlets, they are not taking my complaints serious and not giving any value to the customers voice, I contacted Indian main office, same, I don't know why the company people are not interested on their customers. I put my complaints on samsung website, no response for it for long time, they mentioned toll free number, I call three times, they said that, they will call back within 10 minutes, but they never call to me. within 10 minutes I got a message that my complaint has been solved, HOW???. It clearly seems that irresponsible company people. if you want to check your fate, then buy this phone. Its my experience with this phone, so I request you all, before buying this phone please enquire with your friends also.
