Thomas cook services of Malaysia,Thailand are very bad. US tours are just average.Only europe tours are good.

some readers commented that I should have checked the itinerary.If you read itinerary between the lines,it says Hotel Hilton or equivalent which ever is available.So they take advantage of technical wordings by which you cannot send them consumer court notice.
