We recently visited Australia, New Zealand and Singapore through SOTC/KUONI.They are un-professional, In-efficient, Irresponsible and not comparable to Local Tour Operators.
They had no Offices or representions at any of the Locations we visited. They Book Tours through Local Bus Operators or Hotels and after adding Huge Margins offer Packages.
The Hotels and Rooms they provided us were so called 3.5 stars but the Rooms were so cramped and substandard that even a Budget Hotel in India offer better Rooms and facilities.
SOTC is just a Travel Broker and not a Travel Planner. It would be better if you contact your local Ticketing Agent for your overseas tours.We were totally disappointed with the Services and Tour provided by SOTC-KUONI.Beware and AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS
