hey ....!! i m also in the same boat ....!! i also had a card .... which had some other transistion .. which i complained to the bank on that very day when i recived the Invoice ... but all in vain.... !! But can some one guess why is CIBIL only work for the Banks - why there is no in...stitution who work for us ( Clients ) these guys have spoiled my CIBIL.. and over and above when i still say boss give me the details - n i will pay my balance ( the principal amount - and not the intrest ) they dont understand and everytime there is a new caller - to whom u need to explain the whole case from the scratch... its honestly very painful.... and disturbuing. the the callers they have honestly are bullshit - who dont even know how to speak / understand .... just say pay 15 k n close the amount. but why pay a useless amount to them - i say wht ever my principal amount is there - i will pay but not ur useless charges..!! but honestly sad -- very sad ... there is no such organisation who listens to the client ( indivisuals ) - only the banks are listen. Can any one help on same......!!Read More
