Just call their Service Head at the following number and blast him.....also send a stinker mail to them....coz in corporates mail works much faster than anything.......... 02138 - 672700 / 232144 / 5 / 6 / 7. This is their head office at pune.

I really dont agree with you bhanu....I am also using the same phone from past 7 months but never faced any problem with it...may be your handset have got some problem...request you to get it replaced from Nokia....My handset is of Finland make....

they are cheater no. 1. dont buy their products. Its every plan has some catch or hidden cost whether its prepaid or postpaid.
