Hi. It's absolutely impossible that the sunglasses sent to you were fake. Lenskart only deals with original brands. If they were fake, did you try returning them back? If yes, what was the response of the customer relations team? What was your order no.?

That's how they are.... after much nagging and 1000s of phone call later.. they have returned only a part of my money... I have still been made to pay for VAT and other taxes... They are not just inefficient but also misers... You should really try out Lenskart.com, bagskart.com and watchkart.com....... I have ordered from these guys multiple times now and have never faced any problem ever... They make sure i am informed about every progress on my order and the delivery is within 2 days... once i wanted to return the product as it did not suit my requirement, it was too a hassle free process.
