How can Airtel, India's largest mobile service provider, have a website that sucks big time? How can they not invest in a site that's at least free of errors? Not even once have I had a stress free time paying my phone and internet bills!
It just doesn't load. it keeps taking you back to the homepage. it never shows a proper statement of usage. It doesn't tell you how much data usage has happened on your wi-fi connection. I wish I could just not pay the Airtel bills!
