Jogia... I think you got restless after reading the customer feedback. The customers will never speak nonsence. Its always the service staffs. If the customer has not had this un pleasant experience he/she wouldnt have spend time to write the feelings out. So start listening to your customers rather... than threatening them about the police complaint. You may have 25 years of service experience but please note that you and the customers will surely have living experience more than this.Read More

I do agree that HSR Snap and their staffs $ucks. I have paid for annual membership on which they promised dietitian consultation, free fitness analysis and 3 free training sessions. I have completed 3 months now and I have never got any of the above things included in my package. As mentioned by the... original comment poster, the staffs are completely irresponsible and they will always be giggling at the front office. The trainers are ill capable and most of them does not even know the basics of fitness. And most prominently, they will be always flirting with the Young or old aunties also give free massages for them, all the time. They will walk off when ever any male asks for any help. I have seen this trend among the trainers named Bablu, Srinavas, Hareesh and mostly the A$$hole Kiran. First and foremost recruit some professional fitness trainers by flushing the lady A$$ lickers or $ex maniacs.Read More

Moreover, None will be interested to troubleshoot a brand new product. We are not buying the new laptops to troubleshoot and learn, and i do not have that kind of time also. That is the reason I have paid a huge amount to Dell for the support and the warrenty. Finally I am happy that I bought a L...enovo T61. Its a perfect machine... Bye Bye Dell for ever. I too also faced the same situation. My Dell inspiron 1420 Roby red laptop is very slow and I too getting blue screen errors, jarring speakers, it will take minuits to lod up, touch pad is sticky and lots more... I have called Dell technicial support and was disappointed more than 20-25 times....... This is the worst experience I had with any of the product servise. I have logged enormous cases and they have not yet resolved any of the issues. Finally my one year warrenty expired and i am left out with no options. The latest call was with a TS person named Roopesh. I spoke to him for 45 Mins and then he said that he can’t help me. When I asked him to transfer the call to someone who can help me, he said 'I am giving the call to a Sr. Tech). Then a lady picked the call and said that she is the manager (Priyanka). and she herself addressed the Technical support manager and blasted me back when I have repeatidelly expressed my situation. She also said 'you do what ever you want', whan i asked, what do I do with this faulty laptop? Now the ruby red coating is peeling of...
