My Dell inspiron 1420 Roby red laptop is very slow and I too getting blue screen errors, jarring speakers, it will take minuits to lod up, touch pad is sticky and lots more...
I have called Dell technical support and was disappointed more than 20-25 times....
This is the worst experience I had with any of the product servise. I have logged enormous cases and they have not yet resolved any of the issues. Finally my one year warrenty expired and I am left out with no options.
The latest call was with a TS person named Roopesh. I spoke to him for 45 Mins and then he said that he can’t help me. When I asked him to transfer the call to someone who can help me, he said ’’I am giving the call to a Sr. Tech). Then a lady picked the call and said that she is the manager (Priyanka). and she herself addressed the Technical support manager and blasted me back when I have repeatidelly expressed my situation. She also said ’’you do what ever you want’’, whan I asked, what do I do with this faulty laptop? Now the ruby red coating is peeling of... Planning to burn this piece of SH** in the publick for advertising DELL.
