This is totally useless for the product review - this is more a review for aggrawal distributors !! I am leaning towards fraudulent reviews from the distributor.

I spoke to Mohan today and I would to ask you some questions 1. Did you have to pay extra for the registration with the RTO or was it included in the cost? 2. How does it drive now after 3 weeks?

This review is a complete reproduction of the VGP official brochure and advertisement , in slightly different words and phrases. The chances are quite high that this is a fake review written by VGP and/or its marketing agency / family members.

This was a very poor comparison - All you did was mention that the aveo was better than the verna without actually giving any details!. Dude the whole point of a review is to give relevant details - this is a forum and not a manufacturer's brochure.

I have owned a verna (petrol) for the past three months and driven it in chennai traffic and out in the highways as well. I have never seen a problem with the handling of the car - if at all the only thing that disappoints me is the mileage - I expected atleast around 10.5 and I am not getting that ...( I have been told it would stabilize around the 3rd service) The car is a pleasure to drive in the city and out of it. My driving pattern is based on miles for changing gears and not km - I tend to change from 1st to 2nd in 10 and then 2nd to 3rd around 25 and 3rd to 4th around 35 and so on. I test drove the fiesta and found it severely lacking in braking capacity compared to the city and verna. I think hyundai brakes are superior to honda brakes leave alone fordRead More

@badboley - the Verna XI has about 105 HP and sufficient torque to beat out the City ZX at 77 HP - so I consider the verna to be superior in performance to the NON-VTEC Honda City ZX. I did get a chance to put pedal to the metal last weekend and was really happy with the performance as well as th...e smoothness of the ride.Read More

I bought the car last week and I didnt notice any 'perceptible' difference in the acceleration within the city. I live in chennai and have a driver during the week and so havent really had the opportunity to do a real run in the highway so far - I am planning to do one this sat-sun - will let you kn...ow after that. BTW Autogear does this for a living and therefore I am not questioning their validity or methodology but their job is to nitpick and mention every nitty gritty detail which may or may not be significant or necessary. I had narrowed my choice to the Honda City GXI and the Verna XI (petrol) My considerations in no particular order ( other than the bold) Front seat height adjustment ( my wife is shorter and so is my driver) - Even Both cars support Front seat height adjustment ABS and/or Seatbags - ...Read more
