I once again trying all of you to stop making mistake of buying from snapdeal, as it's become more like getting some work done from Govt office. I was given some compensation a month ago as they persuaded me to make this review positive. I also felt like giving them one more chance and... placed 10 orders for clothing amounting to 25K. I had thought that, they will service better this time as I had got numerous responses after writing this review on mouthshut. I also wanted to see if they really have improved or just given me a standard template response for posting a negative review. Now, on my latest experience, I still have not received delivery or refund for 7 of my orders and all of them add up to 15K. It's been 20 days that I placed all my orders. The customer care is the most pathetic, which I have seen in recent times. The logistics partners are even more pathetic as some of the orders get lost in transit. I have been penalized for products not being delivered to me or returned products not reaching their warehouse. Now, I have got self realization to never visit their site and make sure no one else does, unless they want to take 50-50 risk with their hard earned money and not to forget TIME.Read More

I got an email from shopclues after 2 months rquesting order details. Post sending all the details, we are back to square one. I have not heard anything back. Please do not buy.
