I recently tried Shopclues after extensively using Flipkart & Tradus for online shopping. I didn't have great expectations as Shopclues offers very competitive prices for selective products. I ordered close to 20 items over the span of 3 days amounting to Rs. 8000/-. Then the wait began. Initially, I had no complaints as orders got fulfilled after long wait times & several calls to customer care. I was a bit pissed to login into website several times a day for status updates for 3-4 days and ending up calling customer care. Customer care service is the most pathetic. They have scripted answers and no additional updates other than what is shown on the web portal. Most of the times they are confused and irritate you to hell. Then comes the excruciating return process. The communication between online requests and actual returns has a lot of gaps and will take close to month. In that time, you may have to call customer care at least 10 times for updates and receive half hearted answers.
Overall, a bad experience. Please try other portals as it's not worth your time & money.
