I am big fan of Indian entrepreneurs and resist buying from other online retailers. I am such a follower of flipkart that, I debated for them during big billion day debacle with all my energy with colleagues and winning many of them.
However, all my fan-ship sunk down last week, when they cancelled 3 of my orders without any reason. I called up customer care to see if there was a genuine reason behind the same. They did not have any answer and asked me to go with it or buy from somewhere else. Now, I am second guessing all my passion for flipkart over past 2 years. I have encouraged so many people to resist other online retailers and go for flipkart with their eyes closed.
Now, I am dumbstruck with their real worth and are they really world class. All I was expecting from them is to explain the reason behind cancellation of my orders. That would have kept me happy, calm and rooting for them as always.
