I think Lalu got so busy in delivering lectures at B-Schools that he totally forgot about his primary role. Well, the problem is the 'sab chalta hai' attitude....we shudn't let these ppl make us accept such nonsense...we must raise our voice and make things change!!

The main problem is that the storage tank is leaking. The other problem is that the C&G customer care, reliance digital and the Installation guy (local dealer of C&G) are all working on seperate islands and there exists a thorough lack of coordination among these ppl. Every time i call them up a ...new person starts a new chapter all together n i have to go thru the painful procedure of narrating my problem to them each time afresh.....today morning finally my geyser was collected by the local dealer for replacement of storage tank...hopefully they will install it back again soon...keeping my fingers crossed... Read More
