No resolution so far, I called Mr Raja Sevlam the Area Manager of MICROMAX, he is more interested to drive away customers than listen to them. The company and their service center is a BIG FRAUD, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON BUYING ANY MICROMAX PRODUCT.
