Thank you everyone to make this blog reach out to so many people. I would request each one of you to share your story about how Samsung is treating indian cutomer with theri disocunt schemes and we all are falling for it. Let's help each other to save money and not allow Samsung like bunch of jokers... to take their customers for a ride. After writing numerous mail which I have attached in this blog it is astonishign to me to see the ATITUDE of SAMSUNG..... They are not ready to accept the mistake. They are worst than many other companies which we underestimate like Micromax and Nokia. I know one of the fellow members wrote about their experience abotu Micromax. Micromax has a guts to stand and accept the mistake for their product and make sure the customer happy and by showign their honest gesture. Contrary to Micromax look at the giant companies like Samsung who have not accpeted that their phone has issues even after 6 weeks of battle with them. I will continue to fight and share this blog with hundered of my Indian friends and request that they do not get trapped by Samsung products. I received a call again from Samsung today and they want me to go the service yet another time (This is the 5th time they are asking me to do the same thing) Absolutely idiculous and bunch of idiots. I stay 10kms away from the service centre and coming every second time because the person concerned is not there is a big pain and inconvenience for anyone. I was very surprised to see the unprofessionalism and sloppy attitude of people on Samsung when it comes to resolving the problem.
