Tarun, its 4 years that I have been in staying here and 60% of flats (128 in all ) have leakages. The builder is yet to complete the handover and have not given OC. There is a well (Natural resource of water) in our complex, to build a row house worth only 1.24 crs (small amount was Kolte patil) the...y were all prepared to close the well.
