I had the disclaimer right since the beginning & from the time I read satish's revu I thought i will put up such a disclaimer. Regarding the bus & train thing that u have mentioned ... i will be the one paying the fine , y r u bothered. u r behaving like a dog in a particular locality not ...allowing innocent humans (strangers to the dog) into the locality. to clarify certain points... true the int auditors r appinted by the mgmt but they are diff from management auditors.It is their duty to let the stat auditors know if there r any discrapancies or imp issues to be addressed. though nothing has been outlined in the law books, it is purely ethical. how...ever if the body is extrenal & a CA, then he becomes bound by the ICAI Act, 1949 to let his co member know abt the fact. Abt Indian CA society group under which this revu has been put up, i think i have left a disclaimer at the bottom of my revu.. kindly read that too !
