I agree with the experience as I am going through it this very moment. My Tata Sky Plus box has hung. Since then I’’ve lodged complaints 3 times. Their SLA (Service Level Agreement) Response Time is 2 days. But even after 7 days, I do not get a call from the engineer, nor anyone from Tata Sky visits... my home. On the 8th day, an engineer comes, resets my box to the factory default (without trying to understand the exact problem with the box), charges me for his service (which is deducted from my account balance) and leaves. After 1 hour, the box hangs again. The second time, I lodged a complaint, the customer service rep on the phone is surprised to know that the engineer did NOT change the box - this means that the engineer was INSTRUCTED TO CHANGE THE BOX - WHICH HE DID NOT DO. The rep took my complaint as a second problem - although it is the same issue UNRESOLVED. Today, I am on the THIRD DAY again WAITING WITHOUT HOPE FOR THE ENGINEER TO ARRIVE. TATA SKY SUCKS.... I THINK MR. RATAN TATA MUST THINK ABOUT SERVING HIS INDIAN CUSTOMERS BEFORE BUYING PREMIUM FOREIGN BRAND CARS TO TRY AND PROVE HIS METTLE. MR. RATAN TATA, HOW ABOUT YOU TAKING MY TATA SKY BOX AND SHOVING IT UP YOUR BIG FAT A**. Folks, Please note that TATA Indicom is still continuing to send me overdue bills with late charges and had also sent me notice that they will sue me if I do not pay up. They are asking me to pay for their product that I no longer own neither use. What kind of 'logical' business practice is th...is? If my cancellation is not showing up in their systems, is it my mistake that after submitting my cancellation to a TATA Gallery's Billing Department Personnel (who was in TATA staff uniform complete with name tag and sitting behind the counter with a computer desktop)? I will never ever use or recommend TATA Indicom products or services. TATA has now one 'ASSURED' non-customer for life. How does that go with a telecom company during these booming 3G times and swelling Indian Telecom market?Read More

I have had similar experience with my father's case. In fact, I wrote a review about the whole case and the hospital's overall treatment towards the patients and their relatives.
