I am also having the same experience with them when I booked the package for my Dubai visit. Initially the lady spoke to me very nicely and organised very well with Emirate Flights as per my requirement and collected 50% of the advance and transferred the case to Operations lady and then problem sta...rted. Just before 15 days of my travel they changed total my plan of travel. They said cost has gone up and I was forced to accept the tickets with hoping flights with other airlines and they made my tour hell. When I asked them to cancel my trip, they were not intered and refused to refund full money. Operations team never bothers to call and I have to call everyday. One point of time, she did not recognise me and I was forced to tell about my identity etc., I got the ticked, visa, and Tour details only 5 days before. Any how, it is a horrible experience with them and I will never book again thro' them. Ramesh, 91-9848282986.
