millitary arm and weapons. Recently it supplied the dictator attack helicopters and okayed sale of F16s. This point to the american's stupidity and arogance who first create dictators and then drop bombs in the name of freedom to kill the same dictators. However this time around musharraf is no or...dinary dictator. He has nuclear weapons and missile that can carry them. He has thousand and thousands of jehadis ready to wage war against whoever they believe is 'anti-islamic' , whether it is india , isreal or america. The american govt knows very well that he is running with the hare and hunting with the hounds. He catches some islamic fighter and releases them later on and gains praises from bush for fighting 'war on terror'. He has banned terror group after US applied pressure on him but now has allowed them to resurface and collect funds openly in different name ! For one thing, he has been most successful dictator in taking the americans for a ride. He has managed to created islamic jehadis in his homeland and at the same time gain support of the stupid bush and his administration. Its high time the americans stop being hypocrates and stop supporting millitary dictators. They created problems for both themselves and others! Read More

It has been months since Bush declared 'Mission Accomplished' from an aircraft carrier! Months down the line, hardly a day goes by when US soldiers are not killed in the Iraq streets. So it would be foolish to say the war is over ! Even bush was playing hide and seek during his 2 hour super-secret... visit to bagdad. The point is that they are so shi* scared that they didnt even let the news of his arival out until he had left. This point out to the level of safety that is prevelent in iraq. Now that iraq has been invaded, the americans just ignore a very important fact that it was the US that had in first place created the monster, saddam. Throughtout 70s and 80s they supported him, encouraged him, supplied him with weapons, even though they knew he was a cruel dictator ! This they did to satisfy a short tem selfish objective and this lead to thousands of iraqis being opressed and killed under saddam for years! This shows that the US not only creates problems for itslef but also for the entire world. It has a track record for supporting dictators and mosters around the world and then later on invading and waging war in the name of freedom. This is really disgusting. The americans have shown that not only do they make fatal mistakes but also that they do not learn from them. This can be clearly seen in present context. The US fully supports a millitary dictatory in Pakistan who had overthrown an elected government. The dictator is far more dangerous than saddam ever was. He commands thousands of jehadis under the control of its intelligence acency, ISI which is well know for spreading terrorism in Kashmir and elsewhere. Recently even the president of afganistan, hamid karzai has been repeatedly critisizing the millitary dictator, musharraf for encouraging and regrouping taliban in pakistan. The US however, has turned a blind eye to all this. It has not only granted full support to the dicatator but also waived billions of dollars in loans and promised more Read More

Well, rentals are nothing but a way to generate revenue for the operators, which are in addition to the call charges that the user has to bear for making calls. In the good old system of landlines, govt companies like MTNL used to ( and still do ) charge rent on account of : 1. The phone instrumen...t - which is not purchased by the subscriber, and hence the rent. 2. The costly setup right from their exchanges till your house, which would include the cables, the DPs, other equitpment, etc. However, in case of mobile companies, there is significantly lower cost on account of the absence of the cables, etc. Also, the handset is not provided by the companies, with the exception of reliance and tata. Inspite of lower cost for mobile operators, they also adopted the charging of 'rent' so that a minimum revenue could be guaranteed to them. Its just a way to make money, honey !Read More

The review ' a simple choice' was written in March 03. This is November 03. Eight months have elapsed and this much time is more than enough in the fast changing mobile world to completely restructure the tarrif plans of most operators. Thus there have been changes in Trump rates and they have gone ...upwards. However, there still remains significant difference when they are compared to the rates of other operators. It is unfortunate for MTNL that they have not been able to leverage their agressive pricing to gain subscribers. While other operators have grown by leaps and bounce, MTNL market share has shrinked. For this they are themselves to be blamed, as it is their lethagic and government babu mentality that has lead to this ! Not withstanding MTNL's misfortunes, the customer is still the king and is getting the best from the competition. Now that Reliance and TATAs have become full mobility players, competition is only going to get hot !Read More

There are 2 sides to every coin ! Similarly, going in for any service will have its advantages and disadvantages. Now, what matters the most is which service has maximum adv and minimum disadv. The benefits of trump's services far outweigh the negative points and it clearly emerges as a win...ner on this point ! The customer support that i got was no different from any other private operator ! I have experienced technical glitched with private operators too...so its not that govt cos are inefficient and pvts are the perfect ! I see no reason why a person must not go for this service, except customers who need some other VAS desperately ! The subscriber count for Trump has skyrocketted due to its obvious cost-benefit advantage ! The winner in the market will be the one who provides affordablity with service, and Trump fulfills that cirteria !Read More

Many people are wondering where have the 'thousands and thousands' of litres of antrax, nerve agents and other chemical weapons which the bush administration was so excitedly shouting about have disappeared ? Where are the mass killing weapons that powel said were there during his long speach in th...e UN ? Bush repetedly said in his TV and radio adresses that this war is all about disarming iraq ! The question arises, what should it be disarmed of ? Bush scared the american people, citing that the WMDs can fall in the hands of terrorists........but now, were there any WMDs in iraq, in the first place ? Did those thousands and thousands of litres of chemical and biological weapons just disappeared or did it just get converted into pure water fearing the wrath of bush ? Bombs were droped on iraq, people got killed, maimed, looted and 'liberated' ! And maybe the WMDs grew legs and went into hiding, just like saddam !Read More

'People must suffer for the future' - I bet Bin Laden has a similar ideology ! That is what he probably was thinking watching the towers collapse on TV on 9/11 ! By the way, who gave the US the right to make people suffer ???? And will those weapons be found? that is if they exist ! And if... they don’t exist, then that should not be a problem becasuse they can always be planted over there ! After all who is to verify, the marines are the sole authority there. WMDs are no toys that can be hidden in closets !.....if inspectors didn’t find them, if marines couldn’t find them and when saddam didn’t use them , it means they don’t exist ! The primary reason of going into iraq was Fictitious !Read More

Its surprising to see you agree on the disagreement !..... All i hope is that the US Govt. can do somethin like that ! Considering the amount of name calling and boycotting that was done in US against French and German products, etc. it is surprising to find that someone can agree to disagree ! I...t was shocking to see how intollerant and arrogant the americans were in the face of world wide opposition to its unilateral, illegal and immoral war hunger !Read More

The reason for invading iraq was never WMD or the 'cruel' regime of iraq...it was WORLD DOMINATION ! Both the fictitious reasons for bombing iraq are so weak ! 1. WMD - It has till date not been proven that iraq has WMD....the inspectors found none nor did the US marines ! 2. 'Cruel' Regime - No ...doubt saddam was cruel , but the US did not invade iraq for that reason, for it was US that had supported saddam, supplied weapons to it throughout 70s and 80s and had turned a blind eye when saddam resorted to chem. attack on kurds ! So it is the US that was responsible for the 5,000 deaths of kurds ! Even the so called 'iraq-terrorist' link could not be established. There is no connection between laden and saddam.....one is fundamentalistic and the latter secular ! So the only reason for invading iraq was WORLD DOMINATION ...the US wants to enslave the world and it starts at iraq ! Read More
