Dear Banerjes, I guess you have been provided with one of the manufacturing defective piece. Yes, Kinetic nova 135's are prone to be manufactured with defects and it has become their standards i guess. Im not sure if they have any quality control devision or not. The only thing that strikes my mind ...is that, if a owner of Kinetic Nova 135 says that his / her vehicle is good, then out of their mistake kinetic would have created a proper piece (i.e. without knowing what they are doing). I have got a regular make of Nova 135 bagged full of trouble. Please read my review 'TOTALLY BEMUSED'. I really liked the vehicle and its make and that is why i took it. But now regretting for my decision. Even now, i would be happy if they could replace the vehicle for me and give me a good one. I have always been a proud owner of kinetic DX for 7 years and now really hating kinetic itself. They arent even treating me properly and that is the saddest truth.Read More

Hey Puneetbin, can you please share me the numbers of the people you spoke to. Im planning to lodge a consumer court complaint on these kinetic people. I have been one of the worst treated customer. They gave me a dud. I have also written a review here already naming 'TOTALLY BEMUSED'. Since the day... i got it, this vehicle has been a pain in the wrong place. And to make matters worse, it is totally immobile for the past 2 months and the dealer is saying that he would take it for replacement for 25000 Rs if i want. Just a 5 month old not running vehicle, is only worth 25000 and why should i be penalised 20000 Rs for buying this crap. Am i to be punished just for making this wrong decision. Im totally bemused. Thanks Arks. I had tried all possible things with these guys but nothing worked. I own another KH from 2000 but again it is KH. Its still trouble free when compared to this crap. I wrote to kinetic head office too and got one call immediately after my first email but after which emails after email a...nd no response. These ppl are smart enough that they havent or ready to give me any sort of written proof that they have replaced almost all the damn parts of this crap. Without any written proof, filing a complaint wouldnt be possible i guess. As you said, i think, they would given me a used vehicle just by replacing the panels. These ppl would do anything. I understand this but what to do.. a bit too late understanding!!! :(Read More
