Hi All,
I got this scooter about a month ago and I was able to drive it only for 4 full days. Rest of the days, it was with the dealer for servicing. I dont have enough space here to list out the issues that I had / have with this vehicle. Here are they:
Ever since day 1 of purchase, my vehicle's front wheel was inclined which pulled the vehicle to one side. It was very hard for me to balance the vehicle at all(im very good at driving and have been driving for more than 8 years now).
I took it to the dealer the immediate next day, and they said the front shocks were worn out(shocks worn out in a new vehicle. huh?). They said they replaced it and it should be fine now. Again one more day of driving. Again same problem the 3rd day+ an added trouble of switch off at low idling.
Took it back to the dealer. Again, they said they altered something and nothing helped. Same trouble. During fourth visit, they said they have changed the entire front portion from a new vehicle(?!). Again the same trouble.
Then one more visit, the vehicle was in driving condition after they changed the front shocks and changed idling speed. But vehicle was still stopping at low speeds and at signals.
I was trying to convince myself saying "comeon. its just a vehicle and you gotto get accostomed to it" but then after a day it started jerking very wierdly. My vehicle was an eye catcher for everyone cos it was jerking that badly on every signal and while driving.
Called the dealer and asked for replacement. He called the Kinetic engineer and he took my vehicle off from me for service. Its been more than 4 days since they took off my vehicle. No progress. Each time I end up calling them(no one cares even if I request a callback), they say that they did replace something and did a trial run and found something to be faulty again. Another replacement and another fault. It goes on but they arent getting it replaced for me.
IM TOTALLY BEMUSED. IF SOMEONE COULD REALLY HELP ME BY TELLING ME WHERE OR WHOM I COULD CONTACT TO SHOW THIS VEHICLE AND GET IT EITHER REPLACED OR SERVICED PROPERLY, I WOULD BE THANKFUL. IM WONDERING WHETHER I MADE A WRONG CHOICE.
