I forgot to mention earlier that When I asked to close my account due to unprofessional behavior of the staff - Sujata at Just Books Magarpatta City - she returned only half of my money. She said she does not have rest of the money and I can come back and try later. Also back end System is down. W...hen I reported this to Bangalore number 18001022665 they said they don;'t return the advance money paid for subscription. So will I be losing next 3 months fees? While joining the library - they had clearly told that I can change or cancel plan anytime and balance amount will be returned back. They are cheaters. Read More

I had a horrible experience with Just Books, Magarpatta City, Pune. The lady Sujata was extremely rude and was using unprofessional language. When I pointed it out - she said go complain to anyone and she is not scared. She is from Bombay and worked at big shots. Hi Rajan, The problem I faced was with zero maintenance i.e. SME battery. I have heard that these probelms are especially with SME batteries. I can send my call records to show that I am not exagerating and actually called atleast 50 times from Nov 14th. You may be living near their factory or in... North India where they may be having good service network. I am talking about situation in Pune. Exide network atleast here is 1000 times better. I have bought Exide 5-6 times before in for 2 homes, 2 cars etc. Exide gave me warranty of 1 yr, touch wood it lasted for more than 2.5 yrs efficiently. I may have used it some more time as well.Read More

Please don't go for the Su-Kam name. I also fell for the name and thought that Su-Kam is Japanese brand. It has nothing to do whatsoever with Japanese Technology. I agree with you 100%. Kothari Hyundai dealer is the worst dealer in Pune. I bought a Santro from them that I used for three years. They are totally rude, unprofessional, arrogant and they dont care. Everytime they used to do some damage to my car and never accept that they did it. The manager there is one of the worst person that I have met.
