I don't this is a review at all ... it doesn't say whether someone should choose the postal department over other services in terms of merits and demerits. It's just a nostalgic description of the old times, and as such it should be a diary entry or blog entry or whatever.

I totally agree with devshoppe above. I used to be a regular shopper at fabmall.com ... but the current state of the service is downright pathetic.

The only good thing about IndiaPlaza is the delivery time. Items usually arrive on time when you order something new.
