On 13th March 2016 I had booked Hotel Shree Paradise vide Makemytrip. I had immediately received a confirmation mail. Subsequently, 5 days later on 18th, I receive an SMS saying hotel Shree paradise is now not confirmed. How is it possible that after 5 days I get a message the confirmation is no...t available for a booking which was already confirmed. Subsequently, I have been calling you up every day, and I get a reply sating that the hotel booking would be done within 24 hours. I am disgusted to inform you that even after 5 days of calling you, the booking has not been confirmed. Later I get an email that hotels 8 kms away are available. I have not accepted that as they are quite far away from the main market place. Today, I have been ringing you up since the morning and have spoken to 4 agents and while speaking the phones were disconnected. Finally I got through an agent Sourav who said that it would be resolved within 4 hours. The discussion reference is 160324-023069 Kindly arrange to enure that booking for a Deluxe room is done in the hotel Shree Pardise or an equivalent hotel which is within 1 Km of the Market in Mahbleshwar.
