My honor 6 mobile which was purchased 15 months back is now restarting again & again.
I have found out that this seems to be a common problem for Honor mobiles. Despite reinstalling the software, the problem continues to occur.
I am surprised that a company like Huwaei continues to have such issues without resoving the root cause.
The service centre informed me that issue is with battery connected to LED screen & both have to be changed & cost is Rs 7000/-. I am quite suprised to get wrong information and that battery cost is Rs 7000/-.
Kindly arrange to resolve immediately.
