Are you an autobot? My whole problem is that the customer care guys failed miserably in provided any useful information. They were completely clueless starting with statement like 'there is no such offer', 'you are not eligible' and then 'the system is down'. Infact, I got a call from ...tatasky guy within 30 minutes of posting to this forum( and he specifically mentioned they got it from mouthshut.com) . He told me he had studied my case and the request to business world has been sent which will take upto 60 days. I am not happy that 60 days was not told to me earlier but still I am better off now. We sincerely need consumer driven websites like mouthshut!!

Very true. Groupon is a cheater and most of the deals are false and empty promises. I had bought Olivea travel tickets which they cancelled just one day prior and I had to spend a lit of money on flight tickets. Worst, Its over a month and neither Olivea nor Groupon/Crazeal are responding to refund ...of money. Pure simple cheating in name of offers.Read More

If you wanna be happy, CLOSE all the accounts you have with ICICI. This is not a rant of a guy who overused credit card and could not pay. There has been a long list of reasons.
a) I opened a account with ICICI and was aussred that it will be made a salary account after they open it as they have a...ssociation with my company and will coordiante it with Admin team automatically. After more than 1 year and countless reminders, nothing happened. Very small matter.
2) I withdrew partially from my ICICI prudential account and gave them a written letter that I want to close the ECS from next month. As expected,they charged the ECS this month. I had a gut feeling that they will not close it and it happened exactlly like that.
3) My sis had to close a account which has demat attached with it. While opening , all the accounts ( trading, saving and demat) was opened with one form. When we have to close the account, they have 3 different forms which you have to fill sequentially. Funny thing is they open the account immediately but dont close the account immediately. You have to close them one by one and funny part is at DIFFERENT LOCATIONS. If you can believe it, they dont close all the accounts in one go. They will ask you to go to some other bank and the best part happens when the second bank sends you to the first bank !!!! Just try closing your demat account in ICICI.
4) The most funny thing. The ICICI Card , ICICI Bank and ICICI Prudential are all different. They just use the same name to cheat customers. Try it. Just go to a ICICI Bank and ask if they can tell or help anything about Credit Card.
5) I paid the full amount through cheque of Citibank and even after 3 full days, it was not reflecting in my account and some agent called up that stop the cheque payment and pay through them. If u call ICICI customer care, they will give a complaint number as they need the agecy name which the agent will never give!
